The Association & Our Members

Wagon Wheel Property Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit, incorporated, 501c, homeowner association. Our Members are the owners of 50 residential lots located within the Wagon Wheel Subdivision in Wimberley, TX. The Association is managed by member/owners elected to serve on the Board of Managers/Officers. Board Members/Officers are unpaid volunteers.

WWPOA's current annual membership dues assessment is $80 per lot. The current change of ownership/transfer of membership/resale certificate fee is $300. River Park keys and identification badges are the property of WWPOA and must convey with the sale of property.

Prospective Buyers are encouraged the review the information below for details concerning, CC&Rs, Association Bylaws, Park Rules, etc. We also encourage prospective buyers to review Our Community and The City of Wimberley for additional information concerning Zoning Ordinances, the prohibition of short term rentals, regulations on additional dwelling units, etc.
