Zoning - Properties located within the Subdivision of Wagon Wheel are zoned R2 by the City of Wimberley.
Short Term Rentals (STRs) are Not Allowed
The City of Wimberley prohibits Short Term Rentals in single family residentially zoned neighborhoods, and WWPOA's Members do not support Conditional Use Permitting for short-term rentals
Additional Restrictions:
WWPOA and the City of Wimberley also prohibit independent living facilities for occupancy by more than 1 family. In addition, no structure shall be erected, placed or permitted to remain on any residential building plot within the subdivision, other than a single family dwelling and garage, well house and similar appurtenant outbuildings.
The use of recreational vehicles, travel trailers, or motor homes for on-site dwelling purposes is prohibited. All improvements shall be of permanent construction and no trailer homes or temporary living quarters shall be used. Accessory Building Development Standards and Use Regulations prohibit the public use or rental of additional dwelling units or structures on single family residential lots.
